Order basketball supplies on-line. Credit Card payments are accepted through a secured server offered by PayPal. You do not required to have an active PayPal account and you do not have to sign up with PayPal to use your credit card. You can pay with cash, personal check or credit cad using phone or fax order processing option. If you have any problems or questions, please email me. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery. Not responsible for out-of-stock items or unforeseen delays in shipping.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All in stock orders will ship the same day that the order is placed if the order is received by 1:00pm EST. Although orders placed between 1:00 – 4:00 pm might very well ship that same day, there is also a chance that the order will not ship until the next business day. We will contact you via e-mail or phone if the order is going to be delayed. Although a product might be showing as “in stock”, this may not be the case due to inventory calculating issues.
For your convenience, we offer three shipping options:
GROUND $9.95
Your order will ship via UPS Ground or USPS First Class Priority Mail. If you need to have the order right away, please let us know by writing a note in the “Customer Notes” section of the checkout page. If "RUSH" delivery is not noted, you will receive your order in the number of days indicated below. If you need "RUSH" delivery, we will use an alternative delivery method as stated below.

UPS SECOND DAY AIR $29.95
With this method, your order your order will ship via UPS Second Day Air and your order will arrive in two business days. The $29.50 is an estimate on the shipping charge. Your actual shipping could be higher or lower depending on the shipping address. We will contact you if the shipping charge is going to be higher than the estimate.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR $49.95
With this method, your order your order will ship via UPS Next Day Air and your order will arrive in one business day. The $49.50 is an estimate on the shipping charge. Your actual shipping could be higher or lower depending on the shipping address. We will contact you if the shipping charge is going to be higher than the estimate.
Returns/Exchange Policy
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURES:
If you need to return or exchange any item, please use this form.
If the return or exchange was due to our error, we will pay for the shipping charge.
If an item is being returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling charge.
When returning merchandise, we strongly suggest that the package be insured for the full value of the merchandise.
We are not responsible for returned packages that have been lost or damaged in transit.
If a refund is given, we will send a refund check within 7-10 days.
SPECIAL INFORMATION ON RETURNS:
Items must be returned in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply to unpackaged items or for damaged packaging.
We ask that you try each item on before wearing it in game conditions.
Once an item is worn, it
cannot be returned or exchanged except if there is an obvious manufacturer’s defect in the workmanship.
We strongly suggest that you try shoes on a carpeted floor to assure proper fit.
Shoes may not be returned after they are worn outside or in game use except if there is an obvious defect in the workmanship. Please be aware that shoes may only last one season depending on the frequency and manner in which they are worn.
Undergarments
(compression shorts/tights, athletic briefs/jocks) may not be returned due to the nature of these garments.
Hats must be returned in a sturdy box.
You may not return any item that has been personalized, monogrammed, lettered, slacks that have been hemmed, or hats that have been creased.
Washed or worn merchandise
cannot be returned unless defect is present.
